Pashenko G. Modeling of educational services crediting processes

development of models of processes of the long-term favourable educational crediting by Department of education and science of Ukraine, that provides the decision-making effective with the use of sums of general fund of the State budget due to the decision-making administrative scientifically-grounded, increase of transparency of cashs and control of financial discipline of borrowers flow. Methods of research: economical and mathematical design, cluster analysis, unclear mathematical programming unclear relations of advantage, on the great number of alternatives, integer programming systems approach. Results: the analysis of existent approaches is conducted to crediting of educational services in world practice; the features of extension of long-term favourable educational credits are explored in Ukraine; the conceptual model of the long-term favourable educational crediting is developed; the interactive method of distributing of long-term favourable educational credits is developed on the basis of models of analysis of pre-conditions of grant and calculation of sums of credits; the model of organization of works is developed on realization of processes of management by the long-term favourable educational crediting; the model of control of repayment of long-term favourable educational credits is developed; the model of the informational and analytical system of the long-term favourable educational crediting is developed. Novelty: first developed: conception of design of the long-term favourable educational crediting; interactive method of government control of the long-term favourable educa-tional crediting; further development was got: model of optimum organization of works of performers on distributing of long-term favourable educational cred-its; model of control of repayment of long-term favour-able educational credits; improved: structure of the the informational and analytical system of the long-term favourable educational crediting.
