Khrushch L. Construction and usage of ecologic-economical production functions.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches in the modeling of ecologic-economical production functions. According to the principles of steady development the problems of ecologization of the economic systems and the necessity of construction of ecologic-economical production functions are analyzed in this dissertation. The production function of ecological economy is constructed, which functions as a producer of product and as the environment purifier. A production function with accounting of ecological limitations as a function of values of the task of optimum use of resources is suggested. A vectorial ecologic-economical production function which is the best compromise decision taking into account all objective functions (criteria) simultaneously is constructed. A branch of economy in which different technologies operate with their powers is considered and the task of the optimum usage of economic and ecological resources is offered. The approach is offered to the construction of ecologic-economical production function and function of income of industry with the set distribution of powers on technologies. The ecologic-economical balance model of Leontyev - Ford on the plural of technologies is generalized. On the basis of it the task of maximization of cost of the finished product of industry with many technologies is solved and an ecologic-economical production function is constructed. Generalization of the offered model and corresponding ecologic-economical production function for the continuous distributing of technologies is made.
