Essay

Management of financing and project implementation based on the models class "driving force - resistance". Theoretical and practical aspects process management of financing and project implementation based on the models class "driving force - resistance". The methods of research: theory of system, theory of modeling, methods of system analysis, theory of analogs, method of expert interviewing, theory of graphs, instruments of imitation modeling and methodology of systems dynamics. Scientific results: new way of managing financing and implementation projects based on the models class "driving force - resistance". Applied results: models of financing and project implementation with driving forces and resistances in process of management. Scientific newness: The model class "driving forces - resistance" for financing and project implementation is proposed, which allow to look at the project implementation as an analog of the mechanical system to modify well-known method Earned Value. The qualimentrial cognitive model of process financing and project implementation has been proposed. The model of surrounding influence in the process of project intervention has been formalized, which helps to identify intervention between the elements, to figure out driving forces, in addition, to identify the main resistances in order to get project success, model of financing and project implementation is modified model of resistances, which give an opportunity to modify the structure of project in relation from organizational potential (driving forces) and resistances. Implementation: Modified models of project implementation in dynamic surrounding have found the practical implementation in projects, which were financed by JSC"Ukreximbank" , EBRD and other financial institutions. The research results are confirmed by related acts: UkrESKO, group of project management "New Safety Confiment" Chornobil NPS, group of companies Landgut Ukraine. The result of implementation: time management based on the right decision making. Application - management of financing and project implementation.
