Existent approaches, models, methods and facilities of planning of developers projects, are considered. The new going is offered near planning of developers projects in the conditions of unsteady economy. Approach principle of the not critical planning, directed on determination of such terms implementations of works, which allow to get the product of project in the period of growth of price on the real estate and to execute works in a period, is underlaid, when a price on resources is minimum. Technology which realizes this approach got the name structuring-product. Research methods: methods of management projects and programs; theory of the systems and analysis of the systems; methods of analysis of operations; methods of mathematical design; methods of expert prognostication. Scientific results: mathematical model structuring-product planning of projects; method structuring-product planning of developers projects; a mathematical model of charges/benefits of developers projects is in the period of unsteady economy; model of choice of strategy of activity of development, which is based on the calculation of charges/benefits and allows to formalize the whole managements of products of projects a structure in the conditions of unsteady economy; classification of tasks of management developers projects, which is oriented to structuring-product planning of developers projects. Applied results: developed structure and functions of processor of imitation design, which is underlaid new technology structuring-product planning of developers projects in the conditions of unsteady economy. Novelty: it is first decided the scientific task of development of oriented to the terms of unsteady economy of models and methods structuring-product planning of projects. Introduction: work is inculcated on the enterprises of Ukraine: Activ LTD. Karbon LTD, and also in the educational process of row of universities of Ukraine. As a result of introduction: reduction of time and more detailed acceptance of decisions is got, in relation to strategy of management developers projects in the conditions of unstable economy. A sphere of the use is a management developers projects.
