Shushpanov P. External Labour Migration of Region Population: social-demographic process (based on materials of Ternopil region).

In the paper there have been studied theoretically methodological and practical principles of external labour migration of population in social demographic aspect. The author developed methodological approaches of complex estimation of population labour migration, taking into account causal connections between social stratification of population and its migration abroad with the purpose of employment; there have been offered and approbated methodical principles of evaluation of external labour migration influence on population quantity and renovation and its sex and age structure. On the basis of authors' own complex selective sociological research of external labour migration of Ternopil region, there have been found out modern tendencies, social and demographic consequences of external labour moving of Ternopil region population. According to the final results a prognostication of quantity and structure of Ternopil region labour migrants has been carried and the mechanism of external labour migration of population on state and regional levels has been offered.
