Object: development of pedagogical science in Ukraine (mid-20th-century – beginning of the 21st century); Aim: to reveal specifics and tendencies of means of scientific communication development as a part of pedagogical science in Ukraine in the 2nd half of the 20th century – beginning of the 21st century; Methods: literature analysis, classification, structure-functional analysis, historical and comparative, statistic; Novelty: for the first time there were defined and revealed general tendencies, specifics and periods of development of the means of scientific communication as a part of pedagogical science of Ukraine in mid-20th-century – beginning of the 21st century; Results: research materials can be used in educational process in the establishments of Higher Education of different accreditation levels, in organization of scientific and research work for students, training for pedagogical and scientific personnel, in self-education for pedagogues; field – General Pedagogics and History of Pedagogics.
