The process of university employment assistance to graduating students in modern economical terms.The development of theoretical and methodical basis and practical recommendations concerning the forming of the system of university employment assistance to graduating students adequate the requirements of market economy and principles of Bolon process. Scientific and special methods: the system method, statistic-analytical methods, graphically-analitical method, sociological analysis, expert estimation and interview. Theoretical and methodical approaches to the decision of problem questions of employment of graduating students of higher educational establishments are developed. The aggregate of criteria of evaluation of the level of development of the system of university employment assistance to graduating students is developed after high-quality parameters.The organization-economical mechanism of forming of the system of university employment assistance to graduating students is improved. A necessary base for the theoretical and methodical providing of forming of the system of university employment assistance to graduating students is created. Aggregate of theoretical, methodical and the applied problem questions of forming of the system of employment assistance to graduating students by the higher educational establishments of III-IV levels of accreditation at the market of labour of Ukraine.
