For the improvement of magnetic sediment' which are used in a repair manufacture the method of calculation of magnetic sediment is first developed for cleaning of lubricating-cooling liquid from mechanical admixtures. He takes into account the field parameters, particles and environment, allows to define the basic structural parameters of magnetic sediment depending on the known technological parameters. New elements in the construction of magnetic sediment are offered, empiric dependence is received, which connect electrical engineering's parameters taking into account the parameters of particles and technological parameters. For the practical ground, of increase of efficiency of abrasive treatment of the restored details with the use of cleaning of lubricating-cooling liquid in developed magnetic sediment, industrial tests are executed experimentally. Energy efficiency system of extraction of mechanical admixtures is developed from a lubricating-cooling liquid at abrasive treatment of details of means of transport. The estimation of economic effect is carried out from the increase of efficiency of abrasive treatment of the restored details by perfection of cleaning of lubricating-cooling liquid. Received results allow to forecast the index of cleanness of lubricating-cooling liquid for the increase of efficiency of abrasive treatment of the restored details for increase of reliability of operation of restored units and designs of transports.
