The dissertation is dedicated to the revelation of the pharmacological preparations, obtained from the gout weed overground part, influence on the excretory renal function and the uric acid metabolism, to the verification of their efficiency on the renal injury models with the different pathogenesis as well as the elucidation of some mechanisms of the action and the determination of acute toxicity.
