Essay

The dissertation presents a systematic research of Grygoriy Skovoroda's creative heritage and its employment in native historical and pedagogical sources. In this work four stages of accumulation knowledge about creative contribution of the philosopher were distinguished, theoretically corroborated and characterized; theoretico-methodological approaches to the analysis of Skovoroda's works were articulated; the most up-to-date and little-known aspects of the pedagogical contribution of the enlightener were studied. This dissertation offers a fresh perspective on the pedagogical concept of Grygoriy Skovoroda, adapts his ideas to the contemporary reform in Ukrainian Education System
