Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the questions research of biochemistry aspects of emotional stress, which touch the study of dynamics the changes of energy exchange and features of neuro-hormonal process at the terms of immunization. It is shown that at emotional stress the level of such hormones of blood rises as prolactin and vasopressin. Thus is the cortex sharply grows concentrations of leu-encaephalin. There is also a change of maintenance of cyclic nucleotides and their correlation in the cortex. All of these processes pass on a background the deficit of ATP and increase of concentration of ADP. Conducting of immunization for animal's results in the reliable increase of almost all of the probed hormones in blood. Thus there is a decline of cGMP in the cortex. Research of animals after the recreation of emotional stress on a background immunization showed that level of such hormones of blood vasopressin, glucagon and aldosteron rises. Thus there is growth of level of cyclic nucleotides, on a background the increase of concentration of ATP and ADP. The got fundamental information enable to know and hormonal adjusting about the state adenyl system in the conditions of emotional stress on a background immunization. It allows to examine previousimmunization as mean of adaptation (pre-conditioning) to more powerful stress.
