Romanyuk T. External labour migration as means to increasing the life standard of population of region.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical substantiation of intercommunication between external labour migration and increase of standard of life of population of region. In particular, that remittances sent in households are grounded, forming multiplicative influence on a profit in the economy of country of origin of migrants. Due to these money reciepts pre-conditions are formed to the increase of standard of population living of region of donor of labour force. Remittances, influencing on the aggregate demand, in a short-term period will increase a production (GDP, GRP) volume, and in a long-term period - will stimulate the economy growing in a country through capital accumulation, positive influence on the potential volume of output, aggregate supply and demand of labour. In dissertation sufficient volume of scientific knowledges about essence and types of external labour migration are logically and systematically generalized; classification of the external migratory moving of population is improved which activated in the conditions of globalization of world economy; theoretical development of migratory concepts is got by the way of introduction in the scientific appeal of term "quasilegal migration". The author's method of evaluation of socio-economic effects is offered from external labour migration by the way of comparison of benefits, got from development of this process, with the socio-economic losses of region or country. Conceptual approaches on determination of influencing of external labour migration on macroeconomics and mesoeconomics indexes are developed; main tasks of creation of organizationally economic mechanism of adjusting of external labour migration which will allow to perfect adjusting of external labour streams of population on the basis of introduction of the developed recommendations and measures.
