Ovander N. Optimization Models of Structural Shifts in Economics of Ukraine by the Types of Economic Activity.

The dissertation focuses on economic-mathematical model development. The model has to optimize the structural shifts in the economics of Ukraine according to different optimization criteria in order to achieve the positive the changes in economics by the types of economic activity. Such structural changes cause the country's economic growth due to more effective resources distribution and their proper usage. The construction of the mentioned model is based on the adaptation of increase approach to the models of inter-branches balance. The essence of such approach is in adding increase variables to the classical model of inter-branches balance and calculating the correspondent coefficients. The existing economic-mathematical models and their methods of construction are analyzed, they are systematized by creating and general classification and, for the first time, the classificatory is introduced. The latter functioned as the tool for determination the importance and role of inter-branches balance in the system of economic-mathematical models.
