Rekun I. Modeling of invariant control systems education and economic object

Relevant problem of invariant control systems management of educational and economic object is set, solved and accomplished. The concept of an invariant system of educational and economic object is developed. The concept is based on the principles of systematic, information and analytic approaches that can raise the efficiency of financial resources of educational and economic object by minimizing lag of income and expenses. A set of methods and models is developed to realize the basic goals and principles: a dynamic model of synchronization of incomes and expenses will reduce inconsistency between them; model of invariant control provides compensation of vibration of income and expenses; invariant method of management of educational and economic object allows reducing external factors using compensatory mechanism of management. The synthesis of developed methods and models is building of information-invariant system management of educational and economic object, which allows to solve such operational problems as an immediate response to the current situation and strategic objectives, based on analysis of information on internal and external economic environment of economic object, inconsistency income and expenditure, which provides adjustment of the financial condition of the educational and economic objects in real time
