Essay

The thesis presents theoretical generalisation and the new approach to the problem of deviant behaviour of teenagers in out-of-school establishments. This paper investigates the phenomenology of the term "deviant behaviour of teenagers" and specifies its essence concerning teenage age. The paper validates the concept "correctional-pedagogical activity" in out-of-school establishment and defines the primary goals of the work with teenagers, which have deviations in their behaviour. This work presents carefully developed and scientifically substantiates the structure of the correction of teenagers' deviant behaviour and defines its components: cognitive, emotional and value, behaviourally and regulating criteria: moral guideline and knowledge, positive direction of personality, subjective control behaviour and their indicators. The complex of socially-pedagogical conditions comprises: development of socially-pedagogical functions of out-of-school establishments in formation of socially-significant space for teenagers; creation of structurally functional model of correction of teenagers' deviant behaviour at different levels of its organisation; modelling of situations of choice and success for each teenager based upon his the best personal qualities; preparation of the teachers for realisation of compensating-pedagogical work and his creativity. This paper presents developed system of forms and methods of compensating and preventive work in out-of-school establishment at level of establishment and at level of teenagers groups. It also proposes methodical recommendations to teachers of out-of-school establishments for correction of teenagers' deviant behaviour in educational process.
