Gumenyuk M. Quality of Labour Management in the Competitive Conditions

The thesis deals with the theoretical, scientifically-methodical bases of construction of the mechanism of labour quality management in Ukraine are investigated. Social and economic value of system of labour quality management at the industry is proved, the methodic approach to formation of a control system by labour quality is certain, foreign experience of labour quality management in conditions of a competition and an opportunity of its use at the enterprises of Ukraine is considered. Research specificity of labour quality management in the industry is executed, the analysis of forms and methods of labour quality management a is made, the structure and the maintenance of material stimulation of workers systems at the enterprises is investigated, the estimation of interrelation the degree labour quality of working with end results of industrial activity is executed. The control system by labour quality of the personnel in the industry is developed, the technique of a complex estimation of labour quality of workers in a competition conditions is resulted, the model of motivation of the personnel and its complex action on improvement of labour quality of the enterprises workers is advanced, directions of practical realization the system of workers labour quality management are offered.
