Essay

The paper is devoted to the development and study of the absorption, antitoxic, hepatoprotektiv properties of the new pharmaceutical form of the drug sorption detoxication action - suspension of nanodispersible silica. As a result of experimental research, the influence of different polymer compounds on the sedimentation stability and protein sorbion activity were determined, the suspensions composition was grounded, for 100 g: nanodispersible silica - 5 g; polietylenoxyd PEO-400 - 0.5 g; water - up to 100 ml. Research of antitoxic properties of medicines showed that the suspension of nanodispersible silica by a intraperitoneum infusion refers to the V class of toxicity (practically non-toxic substances) and reduces DL50 of the potentially toxic substances: sodium nitrite, sodium ftoride and anti-tuberculosis drugs (isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol).
