Essay

The thesis is devoted to the experimental ground of pharmacological pro-phylaxis and correction of cerebrovascular disorders which arise as a result of the action of wide-spectrum whole body vibration. The wide-spectrum whole body vibration diminishes volumetric speed of local cerebral blood flow, supresses cere-bral vessels reactivity, causes a hypoxia, acidosis, activating of lipid peroxydation and limited proteolysis, suppression of activity of NO-synthase, which lead to oe-dema-dystrophic changes and gliosys in brain tissue. L-lysine escinat better removes a perivascular edema, prevents the histological changes appearance in vessels, and to the decreasing of NO-synthase activity. This preparation better improves prooxidant-antioxidant balance. Contrical better removes a hypoxia, methabolic acidosis, intracellular edema and dystrophic changes in tissues, and also supresses the limited proteolysis.
