In various models of renal failure it was determined, that korvitin reduced clinical presentations of nephrotic and hydropic syndromes, normalized parameters of a kidneys function state, electrolyte metabolism indexes, blood clinical and biochemical indexes, intensity of free radical oxidization and destruction processes in renal tissue, which stipulates general positive influence of preparation on clinical course of disease. Also it was established, that korvitin application makes fore conservation of kidneys morfo- and ultrastructures in rats with experimental glomerulonephritis and renal failure.
