Rykovska O. Human capital of rural area: problems of forming and functioning

A new methodological approach is developed to determination of integral mark estimation of rural area human capital, which takes into account his basic assets, that enables to determine the main tendencies of development of human capital, to investigate the impact of human capital on individual income members of rural households, to establish differences in the development and accumulation of human assets сapital, which operates in various spheres of economic activity. A program-target approaches have been offered to functioning activation of rural area human capital on the basis of visualization of communities' aims.
