Essay

The aim of searching is to determine the basis of psychological support students in investigating specific learning in higher education of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine, development and testing of experimental programs such support. Object of research - teaching and service activities of university students of MIA of Ukraine. The subject of research - psychological support of educational performance of students in higher education investigative specialty MIA of Ukraine. Methods. Theoretical studies provided on the use of general scientific methods. Thus, when determining the nature and location of higher psychological support in training and development of the individual specialist law (the 1.1), the definition of content areas and principles of psychological support of university students of MIA of Ukraine (the 1.2), providing a psychological characteristics of investigative activity in the MIA of Ukraine and its requirements for professional people (the 2.1), validation features and procedures of psychological support in the learning process in the university of MIA of Ukraine (the 3.1) used systematic and structural and functional methods, analysis and synthesis, analogy, Deductive reasoning and induction. Empirical studies of (units 2.2, 2.3, 3.2) implemented by the methods of psychological research (questionnaires, interviews, observation, expert evaluation) and methods of mathematical statistics. As psychological instruments selected: R. Kettella questionnaire (105-PF), test T. Liri, questionnaire OSOKA (authors - Moroz LI, Yakovenko SI). Scientific novelty of the results is that: first: - A comparative analysis of the nature, content and limits of notions of "moral and psychological support "and "psychological support "; - Highlighted the main structural elements of psychological support in the university of MIA of Ukraine and submitted their characteristics; - Defined the concept of "communicative competence of the investigator, its specificity and core components, the basic trends of interpersonal interaction cadets investigative expertise and professional investigators; improved: - Definition, principles, goals and objectives, milestones and directions of psychological support; - Profesiographic and psychographic description of the investigative activities; - List and description of the factors which influenced the development of individual students are in learning institutions in the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine (contents and conditions of the educational process, content and terms of performance, teaching humanities disciplines and the psychological cycle, the impact of socio-psychological climate on a system of formal and informal relationships, the impact of individual-psychological characteristics and motivation of teaching and service activities specific person); - Characteristic not official relations as a factor that affects the formation of individual students (phase formation, the basic elements and forms of manifestation, psychological effects); got further development: - Understanding the historical and psychological origins of the concept of psychological support operational performance of MIA of Ukraine; - Characteristics of the current state of regulatory and organizational methods of psychological equipment Service Ministry; - Understanding of the psychological nature of the investigation; - Definition of motivation and professional students for future investigative expertise. The practical significance of the results lies primarily in creating and testing an experimental program of psychological support students during their investigation of specialization training in universities Ministry of Ukraine, the definition of its external (object, subjects, time and duration of the methods and means of the criteria efficiency) and internal (goals, objectives, core content classes, their complexity and consistency, quality and quantity of training exercises) parameters. The degree of implementation. The main results of the study implemented the system service training and professional activities of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine (the act of implementation of Internal Affairs of Ukraine from 20.03.2009, № 5103/Kl) and the learning process in subjects "law psychology" and "professional psychological training investigators" (Act implementation with KNUIAU from 17.04.2009).
