The work is devoted to theoretical experimental investigation of the problem of education of creative personality of the future music teacher in the process of learning Ukrainian musical folklore. The structure of creative personality, criteria, indices and levels of his breeding are determined. The values of Ukrainian music folklore, its creative signs are stood out. The author has grounded pedagogical conditions and methods of upbringing of creative personality of the future music teacher which direct students to create such individual upbringing trajectory, as modeling of the stages of formation of creative personality of the future music teacher. The worked out technology of personal growing, as a complex of self-educating and educating influences allow to get personal creative experience of music-educational work, and creative self-realization in different kinds of folklore activity within the innovative-aesthetic environment of higher educational establishment.
