Essay

The investigation object: The structure of hard tissues of temporary teeth of the person. The investigation goal: to establish the connection between structural features of hard tissues (dentin and enamel) of temporary teeth and their morphological specificity caries defeats. Research methods: Reception polished microsections of temporary teeth of the person, prisoners in epoxy pitch; mordanting hard tissues of the teeth in chelatecreation agent EDTA; manufacturing of coal remarks of enamel and dentin; methods light, and also scanning and transmission electronic microscopy. Theoretical and practical value of the obtained results: Except utility of use of results of research and an illustrative material in educational process on chairs of human anatomy, histology, pathological anatomy, and also of chairs of stomatologic profile, they plan a way to the definitive decision of a problem etiopathogenesis caries and give the bases to necessity of revision of existing ways of treatment caries defeats of a temporary teeth. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: It is established the temporary teeth, is characterised by more extensive pulp the chamber and in proportionally smaller thickness of the dentin unlike the permanent teeth of the human. Hence, dentin canals of temporary teeth represent the shorter ways on which exchange processes between a pulp and enamel are carried out. It is essentially important, that in a temporary teeth there is no distinctly expressed barrier between dentin and enamel in the form of a differentiate fiber plate as it takes place in a permanent teeth. So, in a temporary teeth exchange processes between dentin and enamel are carried out without presence of an essential obstacle. For the first time it is shown, that enamel of temporary teeth differs the simplified structure which, in comparison with constant teeth, consists not only in a smaller thickness, but also in the internal structure. Because of more simple composition of elementary structures which crystal fibres (enamel prisms) are, in enamel of a temporary teeth certain layers which are peculiar for enamel of a constant teeth are not allocated. Position according to which the morphological features of temporary teeth specified above concern the factors causing decrease of their stability to caries to defeat is priority. In respect of original cause disclosing caries process in work the attention, that local damage of enamel of a temporary teeth is paid at superficial caries inseparably linked with alteration dentin in the form of radiant strands, stretched from a wall pulpular chambers to basal a layer of the damaged enamel which to all signs correspond to known concept of the literature of "dead paths". Progressing caries process and its transition in average weight of defeat of hard tissues is accompanied massed infiltration dentin cannels "dead paths" by cellular elements which to external signs remind imunocomplimentary cages. For the first time in practice of scientific researches of temporary teeth after their operative treatment concerning the average caries providing imposing of a seal at preservation of an active pulp is studied. The morphological signs showing renewal in them caries of process with local damage dentin and enamel in a circle of a complete seal are established. The facts mentioned above in bigger can serve a measure in advantage endogenic the nature of caries which from this point of view should be considered as local system disease with a morphological substratum of defeat of hard tissues of a teeth. The degree of implementation: Now the basic results of research are introduced in educational process on chairs of anatomy, histology, cytology and embryology, and also on chairs of a stomatologic profile, HSTSU «Ukrainian medical stomatologic academy» and the Kharkov national medical university.
