Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of complex of models, classification and mathematical methods of complementary team forming which provides the effective management of innovation project risks. Scientific novelty: the functional structure model of the project team as an "open" system, time in composition of four functional boxes, are developed for the first. It allows soundly to appoint functions to a team taking into account the project external environment and opportunely to expose errors which arose up on the stage of the team forming, and to define the source of these errors; the project team functionally-role structure model, which allows soundly to appoint every function box the set of standard roles for implementation of functions, is first developed; the model of accordance of roles and inclination of people's type-behaviour, and also the model of incompatible roles, which allow to appoint to the role that performer, whose professionally-important qualities let execute the appointed role in a project, is first developed; the model of roles priority change on the stages of team development and stages of project life cycle, is first develop, on the stage of team forming which allows to co-ordinate rhythmics of its work, to provide timely implementation of roles, on quality of execution of which success of the project depends; classification of innovations of G.S. Altshuller is improved by introduction of a new parameter of classification - standard organizational culture on the levels of project innovativeness, which allows to co-ordinate desires and values of team members with the aims and the level of innovativeness of the realized project; the method of the iteractive teaching for the estimation of time of teaching a standard organizational culture got further development; the method of multiple-parametric estimation got further development on the basis of function of desirability of Kharrington and application of the vehicle of theory of chances for the complex estimation of quality of composition and risk of the formed complementary project team which allows on the stage of forming to estimate its ability to execute a project and define the sources of risks of activity of the project team. Complementary project teams were formed and approved for five innovative projects which were realized in three organizations: LTD SPE "DEST", LTD "Harmony Audit", Privately owned enterprise "Moskalets".
