Khmyzova O. Forming of leader's position of junior school learners in out-of-school activity.

In dissertation the organization-pedagogical conditions, which are conducive to effective upbringing of leader's position of junior school learners, were identified for the first time. The forming of leadership motivation in primary school age, the individualization of leader's position's upbringing, the training of leadership behavior and realization of leader's functions by junior pupils are represented. The improvement of teachers' and parents' pedagogical competence according to researched subject is considered. The program of forming of leader's position of junior school learners "The ABC of leadership" was represented in dissertation and it was experimentally checked in junior schools' upbringing process. The technology of forming of leader's position of junior school learners in out-of-school activity was designed and experimentally checked in personal-oriented upbringing process of junior school.
