The disertation is devoted to studying of influence of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells on the indices of apoptosis and biochemical characteristics of muscle tissue in experimental model of ischemia of the lower extremity. For the first time the influence of mesenchymal stem cells was evaluated from the standpoint of biochemical analysis of metabolic changes in muscle tissue in experimental conditions. Established that the introduction of mesenchymal stem cells modulate the processes of apoptosis and free-radical oxidation in ischemic process in the muscle tissue.
