Object of research: managerial process of circulating turnaround assets at the industrial enterprise; the work purpose: system engineering of models of support of decision-making in management of circulating turnaround assets of the big industrial enterprise, based on the combined simulation-optimizing model (CSOM) which raises a management efficiency financial and economic activity of the enterprises; research receptions and equipment: decision-making methods, methods of optimizing modeling, methods of simulation modeling, a method of system dynamics, methods of stochastic modeling, methods of the economic and statistical analysis; theoretical and practical results: It is developed the combined simulation-optimizing model of circulating turnaround assets on the basis of association of optimizing and simulation models and their parallel application that allows to operate effectively turnaround assets for increase of profitableness of the big industrial enterprise; the method of planning and forecasting of circulating turnaround assets at the big industrial enterprises which feature are uses of the combined simulation-optimizing model of model of circulating turnaround assets which allows to reach approach to optimum level of an indicator of profitableness of the enterprise is improved; the indicator of optimization of a portfolio of the sales which difference consists in association of three basic indicators of circulating turnaround assets is improved: margin profits of each kind of production, the period turnover and the sum of turnaround assets necessary for realization of production which allows to reach the optimum size of profit of the enterprise on all interval of research; has received the further development the methodical approach of construction of simulation models of circulating turnaround assets of the big industrial enterprise which considers features of modeling of processes at the enterprises for which an absent raw-material base in home market; developed on the basis of the modified method of system dynamics the model allows to analyze and predict effectively process of circulating turnaround assets; has received the further development a method of a choice of the optimum scenario which feature are uses to a vector of scenarios which allows to choose an optimum operations procedure at forecasting of circulating turnaround assets; Subject and degree of introduction: developments are implemented in practical work of OJSC «Artyomovsk non-ferrous metals processing plant»; The sphere of application: management of process of circulating turnaround assets at the big industrial enterprise.
