Essay

The thesis is devoted to analysis of psychological peculiarities of female future manages. It contains theoretical substantiation, methodological basis and empirical study results of this problem. Essence of gender identity as one of the types of social identity is analyzed. Meaning content and structure of female managers' gender identity is shown and gender identity role in effective organization activity supply is substantiated. Main types of female future managers' gender identity are revealed. Interconnection between gender identity type of female future managers and their values, gender attitudes and styles of interpersonal interaction is defined. Psychological conditions for development of female future managers' gender identity components corresponding to managerial activity are substantiated.
