Lagovskiy V. Economic-mathematical modelling of labour market in the educational field of Ukraine

Object - the labor market in the educational field and the main economic factors of its development ; research objective - to build economic and mathematical models of the labor market in the educational sphere of Ukraine, taking into account the demographic and institutional factors, and motivation system for employment, study of these models, the implementation based on these forecasts and proposals for its solution; methods - abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, systematic and comprehensive analysis, high-quality graphic analysis, econometric, extrapolation, theoretical and practical results - the proposed approach can reasonably expand the number of independent variables in the model, the proposed methods can be used to study regional labor markets and labor markets in other industries, allow forecast of development and define ways to establish an adequate to the realities policy on the issue of staffing of general educational establishments, to determine the optimal level of wage; degree of implementation - the results were used in the preparation of analytical materials and the development of scientific recommendations on research done by the Research Center of Taxation problems of the National State Tax Service University of Ukraine, in preparing the information and analytical notes, that was presented to the First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine P.V.Rozenko; field, area of use - the developed recommendations are for use in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine.
