Dissertation is dedicated to the experimental research of anti-inflammatory activity of antagonist of receptors interleykin-1 (ARIL-1). It has been well-proven by the experimental researches, that ARIL-1 inhibits the action of PG, IL-1, leukotrienes, reduces intensity of lipid peroxidation processes, cytolysis, fagocytosis, supresses the synthesis of rhematoid factor and tissues proliferation. It is arguable that ARIL-1 is antiinflammatory medication which combines pharmakological properties of NSAIDs, antioxidants and imunomodulators. Thus, the conducted researches confirm prospectivity of inclusion of medication of ARIL-1 to the therapy of inflammatory diseases of connecting tissue and joints, liver and myocardium.
