At first the possibility of medicine "Lipin" usage as gravidoprotector was theoretically and experimentally substantiated and its usage was recommended for treatment of obstetric and perinatal complications: placental dysfunction, gestoses, retardation of intrauterine fetus development, prevention of respiratory distress-syndrome of newborns. On the base of biochemical, morphological, ultramicroscopic, immunoenzymatic, organometric methods of investigation antioxidant, endothelium-, feto- and pulmoprotective effects of Lipin in models of gestation disorders were proved.
