Thesis deals with the pharmacological study of new complex ointment with Amikacine, which has a following composition: Amikacine 0.5%, Nimesulide 1%, Benzalkonium chloride 0.5%, Lidocaine 4% and combined ointment basis (mixture of PEO - 400 and PEO - 1500) up to 100 g. In experiment it was proved that ointment with Amikacine has a broad spectrum of pharmacological activity: antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, reparative effect. The study of the antibacterial properties of the ointment with Amikacine by method of diffusions in agar proved the broad spectrum of the drug activity to of pathogens wound infection: S.aureus, E.coli, B.subtillis, Ps.aeruginosa and Candida. The antistaphylococcal and antipseudomonal effects of the new ointment were confirmed in vivo.
