The Methods: physical, chemical, organoleptic, settlement, modelling and correlation-regressive analyse, mathematic-statistical.It Is Offered: kinds of the packings promoting creation of the modified gas environment in limited space, for storage of fresh cultivated field mushrooms in the conditions of the industrial and trading enterprises are offered.
