Yurchik G. Regulation of regional population employment (based on the Rivno region materials).

The problems of the effective regulation of the regional population employment are considered in the thesis. The theoretical basis of employment investigation with substantiation of its socio-economic significance is extended. Methodical approaches to the selection and application of the methods of employment forecasting are extended and grounded; the essence and components of the mechanism of the regulation are defined. The complex analysis of socio-economic pre-conditions of forming and realization of regional employment have been carried out. The methodical and organization-institutional principles of the regional employment forecasting are improved. The strategies how to improve the regional employment have been developed on the grounds of the worked out variant prognosis of the regional employment market.
