Vazhinskа V. Investment development of human capital is in industry of Ukraine

Object of research: investment process in development of the human capital of the industry of Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is working out of scientifically-methodical and organizational bases of the mechanism of investment development of the human capital in the industry. Research methods: methods of theoretical generalisation, the analysis, synthesis, the is abstract-logic analysis; the system approach, economic-mathematical methods and methods of the statistical analysis. Theoretical results: teoretiko-methodological bases of investment development of the human capital at the factory level are improved and scientifically-practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanism of formation of the human capital in the industry of Ukraine are developed. Practical results: consist that teoretiko-methodological positions of the dissertation is a scientific substantiation of improvement of the mechanism of formation and investment development of the human capital of the industry. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of investment development of the human capital is developed; concept definition "the human capital of the industry" is made; are improved: classification of kinds of the human capital; analytical toolkit of an estimation of investments into the human capital at the factory level and factors of its accumulation, through the account of expenses of time and means for formation professional compound the first; have received the further development: organizational-economic bases of formation in system of continuous training of an element of preparation on manufacture; scientifically-methodical approaches concerning the analysis and an estimation of quantitative and qualitative parametres of the human capital of the industry of Ukraine, conditions of their formation. Introduction degree: results of research are introduced in practical activities of Central Administrative Board of economy of Donetsk oblast State Administration; Central Administrative Board of Science and Education of Donetsk oblast State Administration, Open Society "Donetsk Metallurgical Plant"; Joint-Stock Company " Donetskstal" - metal Plant ", and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
