Lenitskaya E. Search of substances with antiallergic activity in a number 3-(tetrahydrobenzo[b]tieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-il)kumarin s derivatives and an experimental substantiation of their clinical application

Pharmacological screening 16 new connections is carried out, which on a chemical compound are 3-(tetrahydrobenzo[b]tieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-il)kumarin s derivatives. The further researches of substance under the code "R-10" have allowed to establish its expressed antiallergic effect on models of allergic reactions of the immediate and slowed down types. At research on different models allergic conditions it is established, that the substance under the code "R-10" has a wide spectrum of pharmacological activity: antihistamin, desensibilization, immunomodulation, anti-inflammatory, stabilization membrans and antioxidation. Ability of researched substance under the code "R-10" has been established to warn formation and accumulation of the CIC, to stabilize membranes of mast cells, to block Н1-histamin receptors, to oppress liberation leukotriens and biogenic amines. The resulted results testify, that among 3-(tetrahydrobenzo[b]tieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-il)kumarin s derivatives the substance under the code "R-10" is perspective for the further non-clinic studying and creations on its basis of new modern antiallergic means with the complex mechanism action
