Essay

The aim of this study was to evaluate and comparatively analyze the myotropic spasmolytic component of non-narcotic analgetics and antinociceptive abilities of classical spasmolytics on the models of pain which are not spasm-associated and to purpose the most effective combinations of these drugs. Classical spasmolytics demonstrate considerable analgesic properties on nonspastic genesis pain models. Drugs vinborone, papaverine and drotaverine show sufficient antinociceptive effect as compared to the new analgetics and traditional NSAIDs and NNA. This effect of the drugs investigated group was without of opiatergic component. The established peculiarities of spasmolytic component of non-narcotic analgetics and antinociceptive effect of spasmolytics are the basis for the further development of effective drug combinations of these two pharmacological groups and optimization of pain syndromes pharmacotherapy. From 10 new investigated combinations the leader drug combination has been selected and patented.
