In dissertation are expounded the results of scientific and economic research on the study of micromycetal contamination of raw and dilute boar sperm, establishment of sources of micromycetal contamination of sperm, study of influence of micromycetes on quality of sperm and development of sanitary-hygienic method for the decries of microbial contamination of sperm at its collect from boar, which consists in the improvement of standard artificial vagina. The comparative analysis of efficiency of the use of the developed sanitary-hygienic method is resulted, a difference on the index of sows fertilization capacity by comparison to the ordinary method of sperm collect was 5 %. Morphological and cultural properties of micromycetes are described and economic advisability of the use of the developed sanitary-hygienic method is expected in the conditions of industrial complex are 799,0 Uah on 100 sows.
