In work the playing model of choice of strategy of entrepreneurial activity is developed in relation to production, transportation and sale of commodities in a variable market environment. To take into account changeability of market environment, a finished antagonism game theory was used, as in entrepreneurial activity it is needed to take into account a market necessity and production expenses, that directly affects profitability of businessman. The developed model takes into account the done early selection by the businessman of certain amount of additional monies for reduction of total expenses, which can arise up during the issue, transportation and sale of products.
