The important for national economy problem of effective innovative strategies choice of dynamic economic and production systems development is formulated in the work. The tools of its decision, using the methods of economic and mathematical modeling, are offered. The analysis of approaches to the process of innovative economic and production system strategic management allows to develop the conception of modeling of effective strategy of such a systems. The main thesis of which are implemented in the proposed economic and mathematical models.
