Buda T. Regulation of Employment of Youth Agricultural Region

Object of research: regulation of employment of youth of agroindustrial regions in Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is development of teoretiko-methodological bases of regulation of employment and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about improvement of regulation of employment of youth of agroindustrial regions taking into account specificity of social and economic development of the last. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, a method of unity historical and logic, a structurally functional method, comparative and economic-mathematical methods, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of research of employment of the population and definition of organizational-economic bases of regulation of employment of youth of agroindustrial regions. Practical results: consist that substantive provisions of dissertational work will assist development of approaches on formation of effective integration of enterprise sector of economy of Ukraine in the global economic environment.
