Delini M. The development of mechanisms of social protection of population in Ukraine

The reserach object - social protection of population of Ukraine. The purpose of research is to improve and develop mechanisms for social protection in Ukraine based on a study of their basic forms and techniques and their implementation at various levels of management. The methods of research - comparison, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, economic-statistical method, regression and analysis of variance. The practical value of the results of the study is to improve the mechanisms of social protection by creating a three-tier model for monitoring social protection, as well as through the establishment of the Social Fund for Regional Development. Scientific innovation of the research results are as follows: first the methodical approach to determining the regional rate of social protection, which displays the regional differentiation in social protection; copyright suggested that the definition of "social self-defense," which is understood as a complex man's own actions to ensure a sufficient level and quality of life through education, use of private pension and health insurance, defending their rights and responsibilities, etc. The design of the monitoring of social protection through binding of its three-level: the level of business, region and state, in order to obtain real data on the state of social protection in each level and strengthen the prognostic function of monitoring social protection, mechanisms of social protection of the rationale for the creation of the Social Fund for Regional Development, the formation of which would accumulate funds in each region according to the level of social protection in it. Were further developed: the definition of "social policy" as the main carrier of the protective function of the state in the making of the government in Ukraine, the definition of the main components of the social protection system in Ukraine, which are: social standards and regulations, social protection, social insurance and social assistance substantiation of the need to extend corporate security at the enterprise as a way to improve corporate social responsibility.
