Breusova S. Development of composition and technology of syrup on basis of phenolic complex from lime flowers

The paper is devoted to development of technology for extraction and purification of phenolic complex from lime flowers (PhCLF) and also to creation of new antiulcer drug on the basis of PhCLF in the form of syrup under conventional name "Lypophen". Standardization of initial raw material has been carried out; techniques for its quality analysis have been improved. For the first time method of quantitative determination of active substances in raw material has been developed and validated. Technology for obtaining of PhCLF has been proved in theory and experiments. Influences of various factors on efficiency of extraction of phenolic compounds from lime flowers, dynamics of extraction process were studied. The technology for cleaning of phenolic complex from foreign matters was developed. Technological properties and basic quality parameters of obtained substance were researched. For the first time in Ukraine the composition and technology of antiulcer syrup "Lypophen" with PhCLF have been developed. Main quality indexes of the drug and its stability at storage were studied. The specifications and manufacturing rules were created.
