The disertation work is devoted to studying level of apoptosis, hormonal metabolism and water-electrolite ballance in conditions of alcoholisation and drug addiction. In work it fixed, that an alcoholism - a set of symptoms hypoendorphinism - induced apoptosis. It fixed, that lymphocytes of patients polynarcomanias are in a condition of activation apoptosis. On an extensive clinical material sharp oppression of system of endogenous opioids at patients by an alcoholism, correlating with a stage of disease and a level circulating DNA-fragmented fixed. Change endorphin activity translates homeostatic functions of an organism on other level of a regulation that is convincingly shown in work on an example water-sodium balance and an induction apoptosis.
