Essay

Complex research on development of the vitamin gel for children for treatment hypo- and avitaminosises of a various etiology for the first time are conducted in the dissertation. The develops gel should be uses for children from 2 years. The scientific substantiation of structure and technology of vitamin gel with an effective complex of such vitamins as В1, В2, В5, В6, РР, C, A, Д, Е was given as result of the complex physical and chemical technological microbiological biological researches. The basic formula for taste of peroral gel for children was determined by the results of saccharose (sucrose) correcting potential research: gel with a 20% concentration of saccharose, having near values of numerical indexes of taste and basic taste. These results represent high correcting potential of saccharose in the chosen concentration and its ability to add a zest to gel. Were determined the kinetic parameters or gel "Givital": speed of releasing constant of active substance and period of its semireleasing. Indicated that releasing of active substance passes by first-order equation. Physical and chemical properties of gel are investigated and its stability in the course of storage throughout two years is proved. By results of biological researches the specific activity and harmlessness of vitamin gel is proved. Techniques of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of operating substances of the gel were included into the project of the AND. The developed scheme of manufacture of the gel has been laid down in a basis of the project of production schedules. The technology of gel is approved in industrial conditions.
