Macola М. Expansion of possibilities of human development of rural population of region of Carpathians.

Dissertation is devoted the questions of development of theoretical and metodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to providing and expansion of possibilities of human development of rural population of region of Carpathians. The result of the conducted research is: to extend maintenance of category "human development"; development of the methodical going is near the calculation of integral index of possibilities of human development; an improvement of systematization of factors of influencing is in determination and specification of tasks of public social policy on all of levels of management; forming of organizationally economic mechanism on the basis of economic, legislative, social and administratively organizational instruments, instruments of the financial, methodological, informative and organizational influencing for providing of development of social infrastructure, expansion of possibilities of productive employment and financing of human development.
