Lanska S. Forming of the System of Continuous Professional Development in Industry

Object of research: process of formation of system of continuous professional development in the industry. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of teoretiko-methodological bases and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about formation of system of continuous professional development in the industry.Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of the statistical, economic, comparative analysis, an economic-mathematical method, methods of the statistical analysis and the matrix analysis. Theoretical results: formations of quality of a labour and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about formation of system of continuous professional development in the industry consist in deepening of teoretiko-methodological bases of professional development as compound. Practical results: consist in working out of a scientific basis of formation and management of system of professional development in a context of maintenance of a continuity of process of improvement of quality of a labour. Scientific novelty: for the first time: it is offered concept definitions "system of continuous professional development", the mechanism of formation of system of continuous professional development in the industry is developed; are improved: conceptually-kategorialnyj the device of research qualitative compound a labour; conceptual bases of research of continuous professional development; have received the further development: scientifically-methodological bases of research of professional development; scientifically-methodical bases of maintenance of continuous professional development at microlevel.
