Zhykharieva T. Cooperation between Germany and Ukraine in Science and Education (1992-2007)

Object of research - Germany and Ukraine, formation and development of relations between them in different areas of public life. The purpose of research: objectively and unbiassedly to analyse a condition, tendencies of development and further prospects of the relations in scientific and educational spheres. Methods: historical, logic, generalization, induction, deduction, concrete-search, comparative-historical, historical-typological, historical-genetic, problem-chronological, critical, structural-regular, statistical-analytical. Scientific novelty: for the first time as a subject of separate research the problem of development of the German-Ukrainian relations in the field of education and science with 1992 on 2007 (first 15 years of the bilateral relations) is selected. The practical value of the dissertation consists in an opportunity of use of its basic ideas and conclusions during development of the plans of cooperation, their concrete realization, and also for the decision of problems of the relations between Germany and Ukraine in the field of a science and education; for preparation of educational courses and manuals connected to the international cooperation of Ukraine.
