Shetinska Y. Regulation and Organization of Development of Social Economy

Object of research: processes of regulation and development of social economy in Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretiko-methodological bases of research of the socially-focused economy and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about regulation and the organisation of development of social economy in Ukraine. Research methods: methods of the complex analysis and synthesis, the formal and dialectic logic, generalisation, methods of the statistical analysis, multifactorial korreliation - regression the analysis; sociological interrogation. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of theoretical bases of development of social economy and working out of scientifically-methodical recommendations about regulation of social economy taking into account differentiation of social and economic development of territories of the state. Practical results: consist in working out of scientifically-practical toolkit of regulation and the organisation of development of social economy at different levels of management. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the conceptual model of social economy is developed; use of an integrated regional index of social economy is offered; are improved: teoretiko-methodological bases of research of socialisation of economy; organizational-economic bases of regulation of development of social economy in Ukraine; have received the further development: theoretiko-methodical bases of regulation of development of social economy; conceptually - katthegorial the device of social economy. Introduction degree: results of research are introduced in practical activities by Committee concerning social policy and work of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine; the Donetsk Country Council of Trade Unions of Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine; the Donetsk Regional Centre of Employment; Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber; Art Emovsky City Council, and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
