Candidate The thesis is dedicated to the studying of the process of formation of the skills of healthy way of life among teenagers in extracurricular educational establishments. The author has defined the context and developed the criteria and means of formation of the skills of healthy way of life among teenagers in extracurricular educational establishment thy way of life among teenagers in extracurricular educational establishments. The main components of formed skills of a healthy lifestyle such as: cognitive (health knowledge), emotionally-value (attitude to own health), practical-activity (recreational activities) were theoretically grounded and tested in the paper. The model of educationally - cognitive activity of teenagers aimed at the formation of skills of a healthy way of life in extracurricular educational establishments was developed and tested.
